Biography: The King’s Court primarily features the music of Will Goldstein who writes, records, publishes, and distributes Christian cd’s and songbooks based on scripture. The King's Court is also in a licensing agreement with
CCLI (Christian Copyright Licensing International), and their database of church
worship songs, Song Select. Scripture songs are at the heart of The King's Court ministry. "His Name Is Jesus CD" is a call to worship cd, and the first of 4 cd's from Christ, Our Savior Songbook. It was released in April of 2006, and is a unique project. The arrangements are new & different, yet very much alive with the gospel, and I believe they fit well next to standard choruses and hymns in worship services. Most of the songs are based on scripture, and I think many people would also enjoy the novelty of this new Christian music on radio and podcast. I view "His Name Is Jesus CD" as a scriptural and spiritual journey into the Deity of Christ, and our personal, inner response to His calling. It is rich with vocal solos and harmony with a wide range of instrumentation and percussion blending European, Celtic, and Medieval to Modern Styles. This cd can be reproduced by ensembles, or church worship teams by using midi, sheet music and various editions published by The King's Court such as, Vocal Harmony, Piano/Vocal, Instrumental Parts, Percussion Parts and Director's Score. The King's Court ministry is now creating a financial base through sales and royalties that we hope will provide a means in the future to continue to release many new songs. Christ, Our Savior Songbook, and His Name Is Jesus CD are a very small fraction of the music yet to be released by The King's Court. Some of the other styles of Christian music not yet posted on the internet are: blues, jazz, country, swing, rock and ancient. "Christ, Our Savior Songbook" was first released in 2000. Since then, pastors, music directors, worship team leaders, worship team members, evangelists, missionaries, musicians, book store owners, Christians and non-Christians have been downloading this music as an Adobe pdf file from our website. Over these last 6 years The King’s Court has gathered a mailing list of about 2,500 such Christian leaders from around the world in 86 countries that we know of. We have actively produced a wide range of companion products to "His Name Is Jesus CD," and "Christ, Our Savior Songbook" in the form of various editions. The King’s Court also hosts a directory of worldwide Christian Artists and Bands through our Christian Artists Network. |
