Cd's are non-refundable. We believe that we have an excellent
product, but if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with
your purchase you may return the songbook(s) - limit of 3 books
- for a full refund (cost of book(s) plus California sales tax if applicable) within
6 months of the date of purchase if the book(s) is in resalable condition
and was a domestic order (U.S.). Damaged CD's may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
Please include the reason for the return, your name, address &
telephone #.
For Retail Stores, please include the name of
your store.
